This is a consignment auction with hand and power tools and yard and garden and household items. Lots in this auction will begin to close at 7:00pm on 06/15/2023. A live preview will be available on 06/8/2023  by appointment only between 1:00pm-3:00pm. Pick up is scheduled for 12:00pm-5:00pm on 06/15/2023. Preview and Pick up location is 10927 State Road 37 E. New Haven IN. 46774. Please note that buyers are solely responsible for packing and loading their merchandise.  We do not provide loading labor.  The winning bidder is responsible for picking up their items during the scheduled pick up times or to make shipping arrangements with the Auction Manager who will assist you to coordinate with a local shipper.  Any items not picked up during the scheduled pick up time, or without shipping arrangements made, will have a late fee added of $5 for smaller items and $20 for larger items (price will determined by the Auction Manager).
